2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during the claim process.
- You must have a valid payment account (PayPal, CashApp, Binance, etc.) to receive payouts.
- Use of VPNs, proxies, or any IP-masking tools is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
3. How the Platform Works
playxo.pro is a CPA (Cost Per Action) incentive rewards platform. Users earn rewards by completing legitimate sponsor offers (such as email submissions or app sign-ups). Upon successful verification of completion, users receive a monetary reward via their chosen payment method.
4. Offer Completion Rules
- You must complete the required number of sponsor offers as specified on the Platform (currently 2 offers per reward cycle).
- You must use a valid, real email address when completing sponsor offers.
- You must provide a clear, legible screenshot of the offer completion/confirmation page.
- Submitting fake, edited, or recycled screenshots will result in claim rejection and potential banning.
- Each user may complete one reward cycle per 48-hour period.
5. Payouts
- Payout amounts are determined by the Platform and may vary based on region and available offers.
- Payouts are processed after manual verification of your submitted screenshots.
- Estimated payout times vary by payment method (typically 10 minutes to 3 business days).
- The Platform reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if fraud is suspected.
- Providing incorrect payment details may result in lost or delayed payouts. We are not responsible for payouts sent to incorrect accounts.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete offers or submit claims
- Creating multiple accounts to claim rewards more than once per cycle
- Using VPNs, proxies, or any method to disguise your true location
- Submitting fraudulent, manipulated, or doctored screenshots
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses the Platform in any way. Banned users forfeit any pending payouts.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific payout amounts, or offer availability in all regions at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, playxo.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform contains links to third-party sponsor websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Your interactions with sponsor offers are governed by the respective sponsor's terms and policies.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
